Robert Reid Richmond, a devoted father, brother, grandfather, and friend passed away on February 22, 2025, in Gainesville, FL. He was born on November 17, 1958, in Jacksonville, FL.

Robert was a truck driver for Allied. He had a love for the open road, both in his career and in his passions. When he wasn't behind the wheel of a truck, he found joy in riding bikes and driving monster trucks, always seeking the next adventure. He had a free spirit and a love for all things fast and powerful, embodying the thrill of the ride in everything he did.

Above all, Robert's heart belonged to his family. He is survived by his daughter, Desiree Kelly (Kevin) of Jasper; his brother, Rodger Richmond; his sister, Jennifer Dawson (Allen) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Dylan Reddish and Kylie Reddish, whom he adored. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews who will forever cherish his memory.

Though Robert's journey has come to an end, the love, laughter, and adventures he shared will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Robert's family is planning a memorial service to celebrate his life.
