Robin Michael Carlisle, age 52, of Jasper, FL. passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Haven Hospice-Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City, FL. Robin was born in Lancaster, S.C. on July 5, 1958 to the late Thomas Earl Carlisle and Ann Veronica Clark Carlisle. He worked for Suwannee Salvage in Live Oak, FL. as long as his health permitted. Robin was a former fire chief and was a firefighter with the Crossroads Fire Dept. from 1995-2007. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Timothy and Christopher.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy DeRocco Carlisle, Jasper, FL.; three sons, Michael Carlisle, Albany, GA., Thomas and Joshua Carlisle, both of Jasper, FL.; his mother, Ann V. Carlisle, Albany, GA.; two brothers, Mark Carlisle, Fort Walton Beach, FL. and Stephen Carlisle, Headland, Alabama; five grandchildren.

Per his wishes, Robin will be cremated.

Memorial services were held on January 8, 2011 at Jasper First Baptist Church.
