Ms. Sheilah M. Waters, age 76, of Jasper, FL. passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Lake City Medical Center in Lake City, FL. Ms. Waters was born in Aurora, Illinois to the late William and Lois Peters Snyder. She was a longtime resident of Miami, FL. and the Naples, FL. area. In 1988 she moved to Hamilton County where she operated her own commercial housekeeping services and worked at the local nursing center. Ms. Waters was preceded in death by a son, Keith Kegley, two brothers, Dennis and Dwight, and a sister, Bondelyn.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Kegley (Marsha) and Douglas Kegley (Madeline) of Miami, FL.; two daughters, Wanda Kegley Cribbs (James) and Melinda Padgett (Levi), Jasper, FL.; nine sisters, Wyette, Lollene, Cheryll, Melanie, Kathe, Karen, Alana, Jerrilyn and Deborah; fourteen grandchildren.

Memorial services were Friday, September 9, 2011 at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL.
