Teresa Ann Swayze, age 52, of Jasper, FL. passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Shands U.F. in Gainesville, FL. following a brief illness. Teresa was born in Duncanville, Texas on January 23, 1961. She worked at Wal-Mart in the Pharmacy Department. Teresa was a former resident of Live Oak, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Swayze.

Survivors include two daughters, Mandy Swayze and Brandy Hood, both of Jasper, FL.; her father, Harold Hood, Lakeland, FL.; her step-father, Don Stephenson, Bowie, TX; a brother, Terry Hood, Lakeland, FL.; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper, FL.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday between 12:00-1:00 P.M. at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home.
