Theodore D. Baker, Sr., age 84, of Jasper, FL. passed away on April 24, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Ted was born in Seville, Ohio on May 5, 1934 to the late Paul and Ruth Poulton Baker. Ted worked for General Motors and was a successful real estate developer. He met and married the love of his life Martha Nell Smith Baker in October of 2000. They made their home in Jasper, FL. and maintained several rental properties together. He mourned her loss deeply when she passed away on December 16, 2018.

Ted was survived by several children. After Martha's death he came to depend on his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Baker and her husband Jeff of Dublin, Ohio and his step-daughter, Cheryl McGauley who loved him dearly. Several brothers and sisters also survive as well as nine grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Close friends Russell Fry and Felicia Crumley as well as many dear friends mourn his loss.

Per his request Ted was cremated. No formal services will be held.
