Obituary
Thomas Evann Morgan, age 79, of Live Oak, FL. passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at his home following a brief illness.
Thomas Evann Morgan, fondly known as Evann by his brothers and sisters was born in Live Oak, FL. on December 8, 1937 to the late Johnny Thomas and Wilbur Oglesby Morgan. He worked most of his life as a cable splicer. Evann was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Allen Morgan and a sister, Barbara Sapp Watson.
Survivors include one daughter, Kaloua Ann Roese of Evans, GA.; two brothers, Virgil Morgan of Jacksonville, FL. and Ronnie Morgan of Lakeland, FL.; one sister, Sheryl Starling, Lake City, FL.; one grandchild and one great grandchild; also surviving is his fiance', Rebecca Lyon of Live, FL. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 6, 2017 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. Interment followed at Corinth Baptist Church.
