Mr. Novotasky was born on Oct. 24, 1958 to George and Carolyn Novotasky. He was a truck driver.
Mr. Novotasky will be cremated.
Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, January 28th at Fort Caroline Methodist Church, 8510 Fort Caroline Road in Jacksonville, FL.
