Tyler Christopher Warfel, age 24, of Jasper, FL. passed away on September 23, 2020 at his home.

Tyler was the son of Thomas and Janell Hughes Warfel of Jasper. He was the salutatorian of the graduating Class of 2014 at Hamilton County High School. Tyler went on to receive his AA Degree from North Florida College before going to UWF to complete his education. Tyler was a longtime employee of Publix supermarkets. He enjoyed electronics, playing video games and watching movies with his brother and cousins.

Survivors include his parents, Tom and Janell Hughes Warfel; his brother, Timothy Charles Warfel; his cousin Logan Hughes who was at his side all throughout their childhood; maternal grandmother, Terry Hughes; aunts and uncles, James Hughes (Gina), Jerome Hughes, Jonathan Hughes, Justin Hughes (Lisa), Jana Mercer (Cliff),  all of Jasper and Richard Warfel (Jodi) of Ocala, FL.; several great aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in the chapel of Harry T. Reid Funeral Home in Jasper, FL. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper
