Obituary
Vera Mae Gilley, age 74, of Live Oak, FL. passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City following an extended illness. Vera was born in Winter Haven, FL. on Feb. 26, 1941. She was a member of Suwannee Station Baptist Church in Suwannee County.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Kenneth Gilley, Live Oak, FL.; one daughter, Kristie Harrison and her husband Christopher Harrison, Jr. of Live Oak; one brother, Steve Ayers and one sister, Joann Jones; two grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Harrison.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 28, 2015 at Suwannee Station Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Thompson officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
