William J. Pound, age 70, of Jasper, FL. passed away on July 27, 2020 at Mayo Clinic following a brief illness.
Willy was born in Live Oak, FL. on February 1, 1950 to the late Frank and Ethel Clements Pound. He was union millwright for many years. Willy served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the heat of the Vietnam War. Willy was a good soldier and one who learned a great deal about being a friend while serving in Vietnam.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Pound; three sons, Sean Key, Joe Pound and Travis Pound; two step daughters, Krystin Leonard and Alaina Wilson; his two brothers, Mac Pound and Tommy Pound; his two sisters, Emily Williams and Callie Pound; niece, Pam Williams Thompson and nephew Benjamin Shane Greene. Benjamin's mother, Cecilia Gaynelle Greene was a sister to Willy that preceded him in death last year.

Willy is survived by 10 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
