A member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians of the Upper Great Lakes region, William embodied a strong connection to nature and heritage. A master of all trades, he could accomplish anything he set his mind to, though he truly excelled in mechanics. His expertise and passion for fixing things made him a highly respected mechanic who could repair almost anything.

He found joy in hunting, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, taking cruises, and searching for arrowheads. His laughter, quick wit, and sense of humor were constants in his life, as he shared jokes and a smile with everyone he met.

Above all, William treasured his family. He was deeply devoted to his children, his cherished mother, Gloria, and his beloved wife of two months, Lane. Together, he and Lane created a life full of love and adventure.
