Mr. Wilmer Tomlinson, age 88, of White Springs, FL. walked into the light of Heaven on October 23, 2016.

Wilmer was a lifelong resident of White Springs. He was a true Southern Gentleman, a mentor to many and a friend to all. He loved to hunt and fish but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mae Deen Tomlinson; three daughters, Janell Chaney, Anne Tomlinson and Darlene Lister (Steve); nine grandchildren, Jeff Chaney, Lori Goff, Ryan Chaney, Andy Graham, Justin Edwards, Joshua Bembry, Ian Tomlinson, Tara Richardson and Trevor Lister; eighteen great grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Nadine Hawkins.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at First Baptist Church in White Springs, FL. with Bro. Randy Ogburn and Bro. Justin Young officiating. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery in White Springs, FL.
