Wynelle Jackson Tyree was born March 26, 1934, in Jasper, FL, to the late Ralph Bates Jackson and Donna Fletcher Jackson. Wynelle grew up in Jasper and attended Jasper High School where she was part of the majorettes.  After graduation, Wynelle spent several more years in Jasper and became a loving mother to two sons, Timothy Tyree and Matthew Tyree. In 1967, she and her family moved to Los Angeles, CA, where she began working as the Executive Secretary for the Metropolitan Water District.  Later, Wynelle decided to move to Las Vegas, NV, where she spent the last twenty years.

Wynelle is preceded in death by her youngest son, Matthew Tyree.  She is survived by her son, Timothy Tyree; her brother, Ralph Bates Jackson, Jr, "Buddy"; two sisters: Mildred McNeilly and Faye Volpe; two grandchildren: Matthew Tyree and Kellie Tyree; two great grandchildren: Benjamin and Mark; and two nephews.
